COMPANY PROFILE

Ball Custom Homes was founded in 1983 by Charles Ball and Richard Ball.  They construct houses of superior quality throughout Northern Virginia, including communities in Fawn Lake, Montclair, and Manassas.  The Ball brothers offer over half a century of combined experience in the industry.  

Ball Custom Homes prides itself on building only the finest quality of custom homes.  To achieve this, they focus on creating one house at a time in order to insure that careful attention is paid to every detail.  They oversee the entire homebuilding process, begining with advising on the drafting of plans by specially chosen architects, throughout every phase of construction, and on to the final stages of completion, where every custom detail and fixture is carefully chosen in collaboration with the clients.  

The Ball brothers find it rewarding to translate a client's vision from its inception as intial ideas through the many phases of homebuilding to ultimately achieve the creation of a client's unique dream home.  With Ball Custom Homes, the experience, as well as the end product, is more closely tailored to the individual client's vision than is possible to achieve when homes are built by larger corporations.

Both Charles and Richard Ball are involved in the communities of Northern Virginia, having served on planning boards and donated their time as coaches for youth sports leagues.
